V4 A104 Upland Oak
£POA
This micro bevelled plank is classically proportioned to suit any interior space, milled from rustic grade oak which is lightly brushed to remove the soft grain from the top layer of the wood. This leaves a surface which is hard and more resistant to scratches.
Coats of Danish oil are machine applied and and buffed into the textured surface, each coat is cured under a low voltage UV light. The result is a natural oiled stain resistant surface which allows the floor breathe and is simple to maintain.

ROOM SUITABILITY
Engineered wood flooring is a type of hardwood flooring, composed of multiple layers of timber stuck together, and finished with a layer of real wood lamella. Engineered oak flooring is able to contract and expand more than solid wood flooring, making it ideal for underfloor heating.
It has a natural and solid top layer of real wood, making it look like solid wood. Engineered hardwood wood planks are normally 14mm thick, with a 3mm top layer or veneer. These can vary up to 21mm with a 6mm top layer. This layer can be sanded and re-finished however you like.

Installation Basics
A104 is a tongue and grooved board which can be installed as a floating floor on an underlay or fully bonded with floor adhesive to the subfloor.
Care and Maintenance
This floor is finished with UV cured Danish oil. The UV curing process produces a hard wearing oiled surface which needs less maintenance than a traditional oiled floor.
